Experience Alberta's wilderness at its finest. Travel the ancient trails of our trapline in search of lynx, marten, fisher, wolf, and wolverine. Explore a remote Alberta trap line, hunt wolves and ice fish. We travel by snowmobile on a traditional trap line, setting traps and collecting harvested animals. There will be plenty of opportunity to trap numerous fur bearing mammals such as lynx, martin, fisher, otter, wolverine and wolf. Wolves are open season and can be hunted quite successfully using bait.

Normally harvesting a timber wolf is shear luck, but recently we have established a system to bait wolves, with fair certainty that they will return on a regular schedule. The hunter is set up in a heated box blind to await the arrival of these mysterious animals.

Spend time on a working trapline and experience the Alberta wilderness the way few people ever get to see. This trapline tour is an opportunity to participate in the day to day activities with the trapper, setting & checking traps, skinning, and pelt preparation. We're sure you will be sharing many stories with your friends after spending time on the trapline. It's an experience you won't forget.
